If you also face this problem, then with this method you can prepare cottage cheese-like curd during cold days.

Paneer like curd will be ready in 12 hours
Housewife Champa Devi said that making curd in cold days takes more time than in summer days. Still you can prepare cottage cheese like curd in 12 hours. For which it is very important for you to keep some things in mind. Many people heat milk and keep it in the sun to set curd. Despite this the curd is not ready. But you can prepare curd even at night, which can be prepared in 12 hours.

Adopt this method

1. If you want to make curd like paneer during winters, then the temperature of milk has to be kept right. If there is 2kg milk. Then heat it on low flame for two hours.
2. After which keep the milk to cool for ten minutes. After ten minutes, take out the cream from the milk. If you want, you can also leave the cream.
3. After this, keep the milk in a steel or aluminum vessel. In which there is milk, then mix curd in the quantity of 50 grams.
4. After this, cover all four sides of the vessel with a cotton cloth.
5. After this, cover the vessel and place it in a grain container (wheat, rice) and cover it. Leave it for 12 hours.
6. After 12 hours your curd will be ready. You will get to see curd exactly like paneer. Now you can use it.
